lately

I've been spending time getting things ready for one of my best friends bridal shower. I'll be hosting a tea for her and have been working on decorations and food planning this past month. The shower is next Saturday and I'll be sure to take and share photos. Below are a couple photos of the tissue paper poms I made. I have quite a few more to do before next week.


Iv'e also been doing a bit of knitting. I'm still trying to improve my knitting skills by challenging myself with more sweaters opposed to hats and shawls. I make lots of mistakes but I'm definitely learning.

Please excuse my lack of blogging. Lately my hands have been pretty busy with knitting and sewing. I'm always trying to challenge myself to learn difficult knitting and sewing skills. Oh I have so much to learn but I am truly enjoy the process. Below are some recent photos.
