Renegade Craft Fair.

Last Saturday my friend I went to the Renegade Craft Fair. There were so many amazing and creative booths. It was so inspiring. I didn't buy anything for myself which was super hard. (I am still saving money for London) But I did by yarn for my mother. She wants me to make her a scarf.

We got to take some fun pictures in the photo booth.

Oh and I won a case for my phone. Who doesn't love free stuff?

I just picked a bunch of tomato's. We have three different types growing in my little garden. They are all so tasty and delicious. I love growing my own veggies.

It's so simple water, sunshine, and soil. I'm planning on keeping my garden up all year. I just need to learn what to plant in the summer. Maybe some garlic and onions. I will need to check out some gardening books from the library for some planting tips.
Well now I am off to downtown with my Mama. We will be on the hunt for some fabric for some clothing orders I have.

sweet week

What a wonderful week. On Monday Coryn, Gabby, and I headed to Arroyo Grande to visit dear friends. We had so much fun relaxing and spending time with them.
We all had such a wonderful time playing with this little cutie.

She had so many new faces to show us.

I don't think little red could get any cutier.

It was an all together lovely trip.

I miss them all already. I can't wait to see them again.

Disneyland

On Monday I went to Disneyland with my mom, grandma, and cousin.It was such a treat. I have a disneyland pass but it is blocked for most of summer so I never get to go in July. My moms cousin who works for Dinsey was able to get us all in for free.

My favorite part of the day was World of Colors. It was amazingly beautiful. I can't wait to go back and see it again.

Today I packed up my sewing room. I had been using a room connected to our garage to do all my sewing. It was simply wonderful. I felt incredibly blessed to have a place solely dedicated to my sewing. Those of you who sew know how much of a hassle it can be to take out sewing machines, rotary mats, ironing boards and all the other fun sewing stuff. I feel incredibly selfish complaining about no longer having a sewing room to use but I didn't sew nearly as much when I didn't have a room. I hope to continue to sew on a weekly basis. Who knows I might start crocheting and knitting more. I love that you can do it wherever you go.

Dear sewing room you will be missed.

He's Coming Home

I am so excited my brother David is finally coming home from Hawaii. He has been gone for a little over three weeks.My family and I really miss his company.He went to play guitar for his schools pop band. So everything was paid for. How cool is that?

He posted this picture a couple of days ago. I am so jealous...

pretty little sister

Coryn and my mama went to see a play tonight. I snapped a few pictures of Ryn lovely dress. Who doesn't love pretty pink and lace?



Well I sewed for most of the day. I made a couple of gifts and a market bag.
Oh and tomorrow I get to see Toy Story 3 in Hollywood for the second time this week. It is one of the field trips for my work. I have such a fun job :)

Santa Barbara

Last week my family and I spent the day in Santa Barbara. It was just lovely. We enyoyed sea food twice that day which was wonderful! We shopped at some of my favorite stores and walked around a really great farmers market.

I wish we had a huge local farmers market. Monrovia has a good sized one but it still doesn't compare to Santa Barbara.


We just had to take some of the beautiful fresh flowers home.
I can't wait to have more lovely summer days like these.

dolphins and coryn

This is a super random post but last monday I went to the beach with the Enriquez famiy and we got to see dolphins super close to the shore. Isn't that so cool?

Oh and my camera is working again. My dad fixed it for me.

I missed it so much. Above is a picture of Coryn at a Museum in Santa Barbara. I will have to post the rest of the pictures soon. I had an amazing day with the family there.

slow down

Summer need to slow down. It is just going by way too fast. I only have two more months in the states before I leave to Europe. I really need to save some more spending cash so I am praying for babysitting jobs and other ways to earn some money. I hoping I can get some soon and not stress over it.

Today Gaby and I went to the dreamcenter.


I got to see my beautiful little friends. I missed them so much.
Then Gaby and I went on a picnic with our dear friend Diane.

after that we went to diddy riese for a delicious ice cream sandwich.
Now I am watching my Big Fat Greek Wedding with Coryn, Gaby J., Sam, and Gabby.

Already

I can't believe July is already here.
Here are some random things on my mind.
-I miss my brother (he is in Hawaii for 3 weeks)
-I don't know how am I going to pay for my trip to London.
-I really need to go to the beach.
-I am sad that I have less then 2 months to be a teenager
-I miss Alyse (who is in Costa Rica)
-I want to take another dance class
-I wish I spoke Spanish.
-I want to sew
-I need to buy some sandals.
-I need to read my bible daily.
