pancake breakfast

The pancake breakfast went really well. I sold lots of the rose flower clips.

^These girls along with Lorisa really helped me out.
Right now I am saving all the money I make for my mission trip to Spain. I still need to rasie about $900. It's a bit overwhelming but I am praying the Lord gives me peace about it and I'm trusting that he will provide.

I am just loving being a baking student. I am learning so much each day.

Just this week we made beautiful fruit tarts.

I love all projects that allow me to put my own creativity into them.
Next week we will be working on cakes. I am so excited. I just can't wait.

Ahhh soon I shall have a break. A nice long summer vacation with my favorite people in the world. My dear family. We will be heading to Boston for a bit. I can hardly wait. Im sure it will be all kinds of lovely. We leave in a little over a month! Then I come back for a few days before I head off to Spain with the sister and some of my very best friends for our mission trip. Sooo exciting!

My savior has blessed me in so many ways I can't even explain it. Blessing after blessing. He is do good to me. I adore him in every way.

macarons

So I think I'm going to attemt making macarons once again. Why must these cookies be so darn tricky. But they are so delicious. I think they are the most pretty cookies in the world.

The picture above was taken in bohemian Paris. So lovely. Oh to go back again. That would be amazing. I am forever grateful that I had the opportunity to go and explore pretty Paris.
