Dessert Party

This past week I was quite busy planning and preparing for my dessert party. I wanted to celebrate my recent completion of the professional Baking Program at LATTC and thought what better way to do that then inviting all my friends over for a dessert party. I made three cakes, cupcakes, sugar cookies, panna cotta, meringue, and cream puffs. I wish I had more photos of all the desserts but it was a bit tricky getting decent photos with terrible lighting and while I rushed around putting the desserts together.
We had quite the crowd, both the living room and dining room were full of people. I am so glad so many of my friends came to celebrate.

I wish I had more photos of the the cakes I made but unfortunately they just didn't come out.
