Community Outreach

Can't wait til tomorrow. There is going to be a community outreach in Jordan Downs. There is going to be food, a clothing handout, and music. Im excited to see all the kiddos! I will be sure to take lots of pictures to post later.

I have been working on some more cute stuff for my Etsy shop. I can't wait to share! I will have to list the items soon. The best part is that some of the new stuff is for adults. You may have noticed all my stuff is for little ones but pretty soon I will have some zippered bags n' stuff for all ages.

Sweet Memories

I remember the day she was born. We went to hospital and I got to touch her little toes. I always wanted to hold her when she was a baby and now she is so big. I can hardly believe it.

My Mimi

Whenever I get home late from being gone all day my poor dog Mimi does this when I get into bed. She desperately wants me to play with her but I am way too exhausted to. She always tries to get me out of bed and which makes me feel like a horrible pet owner. But I promise I will play with her tomorrow.

I need the weekend to get here soon so that I can hang out with this little cutie and not think about the day to day school stresses.

Thank goodness it's Wednesday we are half way there.

Today was a blah day. It stared with me finding out that I got an F on my Bio test. A 48 percent to be exact. Ugh that is so bad. The thing that stinks is that I went into this test feeling confident. Me and test don't get along to well. I rarely receive great test scores. It drives me nuts when people who don't study at all Ace tests and quizzes. Why can't that be me. I will study something for days and completely blank out before a test. Gah I have serious test anxiety. I need to work on not being stressed over these things because it only makes the problem worse. Oh and the thing that is really bad is that most college classes are purely graded from test scores which is horrible for people like me. The only way that I got straight A's my senior year of high school was because I would score so well on my homework, projects, and class work. Now everything is based on test and quiz's. Because of this Bio test the highest grade I can get in the class is a C (lame) and that's only if I get A's on my next two tests. I pray I do. I do not want this Bio class to lower my GPA eek.
Then to make my day worse I went to Math and received the exam I took and I got a D (67%) I just so badly want to pass this class. School is really stressing me out right now. I also need to volunteer 30 hours for my service learning class and the place I turned my volunteer application in has yet to call me back. My professor said we should have 15 hours by the end of the week to be on pace. I think I might just have to volunteer somewhere else. It has to be at a place on campus... Ugh I'm so frustrated. School, you are driving me mad.
Oh and then I need ten thousand dollars on top of that to go to London.

Wow that was a much needed vent.
I am praying for stress free days...

Mimi and Sohie

Yesterday Sophie came over to play with Mimi. Sophie is my friend Gabby's dog. She is super cute. Sam brought her over and we layed in the grass with the pups. I think Mimi is really starting to love Sophie's company. Any way here are a few cute pictures I got of the two.

Today is my sister, Coryn's, senior prom. She is actually there right now. I hope she is haveing fun. More pretty pictures of her will come tomorrow.

Ahhhhhhh

I am insanely exhausted.
I got to school at sevenish
took a bio test
then went to math tutoring at nine
then took a math test at ten
had a break for lunch.
then it was back to math tutoring
after that I went to my three o'clock class.
Then had a short break until my Salsa classes started.
Got out of salsa at nine thirtyish then I headed home.

I am so tired of school. At least my next class is on Tuesday. Thank God for four day weekends.
This weekend I plan on baking and sewing with pretty fabrics.

I am hoping I can do these things in between all the other crazy things that need to get done this weekend.

Weekend BBQ

Sunday was a wonderful day. The weather was beautiful and I went to a BBQ at my Uncle's house.
I got to spent some quality time with the kiddo below.

I took some pictures of the boys while they were enjoying the delicious tri tip my uncle bbqued.


We also got to celebrate my Papi's birthday which was on Friday.

Bad Dog

So on Saturday my neighbors found Mimi out in the street. Ahhh. Thank God they found her. I was shocked. I have no idea how she got outside. I am seriously so glad that my wonderful neighbors happened to spot her. Ugh Mimi knows the she is not allowed in the front yard but she is just so disobedient and does whatever she pleases.
Yesterday she was disobedient yet again and did something she is not supposed to do in the house. When she saw me she immediately ran away and hid because she knew she had done something wrong. She is not a stupid dog because she knows what she isn't and is allowed to do. She is just straight out disobedient. I just don't know how to train her. I have tried everything. I have sprayed her with a water bottle, locked her in my room, spanked her bottom, sent her outside(she hates to be alone outside)but nothing seems to work. Well here our some of the pictures of how I found her after she got in trouble. She always hides.

I am so glad Coryn came to Jordan Downs with me yesterday. We had so much fun and I have tons of pictures to prove it. I will have to show them to you tomorrow because I need to do some homework before I upload a bunch of of pictures onto blogger. I want to share a couple tonight though.

Yesterday Coryn and I met this little girl. I just fell in love with her. She is such a doll.

Isn't that sweet. She started crying when we left and my heart nearly broke. Poor baby. I miss her already.

Gah, I don't want to worry about passing my math class. I pretty much failed the quiz I took today. The sad thing is that I go to study with my teacher after class and still don't get it. I need a vacation.
