time to sew

Now, what to make...
so many options.
I think I should focus on making some baby outfits so that I could start marketing and selling them.
I really must find a job soon since I pretty much spent all my savings on England. So please pray that I can find a nice and enjoyable workplace.
Or it would be even better if I could some how figure out a way to make a modest amount of money selling my products.

Well goodnight

london

England, I miss you.

Happy Thanksgiving

So its five in the morining and I am wide awake. I have been home almost a week and just can't get use to this eight hour time difference. I just get so tired and accidently fall asleep. It's happened while I have been reading, watching tv, or in car rides. I never able fall asleep during the day. These past few days it's been really bad. I wake up around 2am and can't go back to bed until 5 or 6. I think I will be going black friday shopping tomorrow since I will be wide awake in the early morn. It should be a fun little adventure.

On a completely different note. I love Thanksgiving. There is not much better then getting together with your family and having a big feast in celebration of all the things the good Lord has blessed you with.

This year his abundant blessings were clearly seen in my blog.
I mean I just came back from living in Europe!
That was by far one of the most amazing times in my life and I can't help but thank God for it.
But above that I am thankful for a healthy family who loves me.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

home

Im getting back into the swing of things.
Upon my arrival back home I have spent much time visiting with family and friends. It's been really great being able to see everyone.
Adjusting back to my California life has gone pretty smooth except for my sleep schedule. I get really, really tired around 4 in the afternoon which is midnight in England and by six I am compleltely exhausted. Saturday I could no longer stay awake and went to bed at six and then woke up at midnight(which is 8 am in England)
So I am just trying to stay up as late as I possibly can so that I can quickly get used to the time difference.

Well I better go I have lots of stuff to do.
goodnight

end

I hope you have enjoyed seeing London through the eyes of an American girl.

I'm glad that you have joined me on my little journey across the sea. Unfortunately my blogs won't be as exciting when I get back. They pretty much just follow my day to day life but you are more then welcome to continue reading.

So my London journey has finally come to an end. All I can say is that it was totally worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Okay well I'm coming back to the ever so lovely California this evening.
See you soon dear friends.

break my heart

So today was my last night in London.
I took it pretty hard...
I'm just not ready to come home yet.
But I know the joy of seeing my family will overcome the sadness of leaving this beautiful place.
It's just hard.
When you fall in love with a city you just don't want to leave it.
All my life I have never lived anywhere but Los Angeles. I really have never known any other city beside West Covina and its surroundings.
So leaving my home and coming to live in a new city was something completely foreign to me. Besides Mammoth (where we vacation every year) London is the only other city I have ever known.
I get so excited when people ask me for directions and I actually now how to get them there. Like when someone asked me if i knew how to get to St. Pauls Cathedral I confidently told them, "I sure do, Your going to take bus 24 towards pimlico and get off at camden tube station. Then take the northern line towards tottenham court road where you will change to the central line. Then go west on the line until your out st Pauls station." haha I know that it sounds so silly but doing things like this just make you feel like your part of the city. Like your no longer a tourist. I have just grown so comfortable here. I have made wonderful British friends and learned all the fun places to hang out in and what places not to go to.
Goodness I just don't ever want to forget my time here and the way it changed me.
I pray that I will be able to come once again.

Oh it was kind of funny I was looking over the list of places I dream of traveling to. It includes many countries I mean places like New Zeleand all the way to countries in the middle east like Israel. Well on my Europe list I had. (they are listed in order of how badly I want to visit them.)
1. England
2. Italy
3. Ireland
4. Greece
5. Spain

I think it's just amazing that I get to cross England off my list. I didn't have France on my list. I guess I will just have to write it on and cross it off. haha. So if I work my way down next I'll be going to Italy. Well I better work hard so that I can support myself and my traveling habit. It certainly can be expensive.

Well I will live you know.

ahhhh. I still can't believe I will be home tomorrow.
Friends and family please pray for me!
I love you guys

connect group

Throughout my trip in London I have been so blessed. One of the best ways the good Lord blessed my time here was by leading Gaby and I to all these wonderful people. I adore each and everyone of them and am so thankful I got to study the word with them. I will miss them so much and I pray that we will soon meet again.

What a lovely bunch they were!

Thank you so much, Lord! Once again I am overwhelmed by your endless blessings.

whoa

So I have finally finished all my homework. It feels like a huge wait has been lifted. Now I just have two more finals to worry about and then I'm done.
This is what happend to our room when all we had time for was studying. It looks like a tornado hit it.

Oh and I started packing. I am praying that everything fits in my bags and that its not overweight so that I don't get charged extra. It's time to take the scale out and weigh it.

Well I better get to bed.
ahhh only a couple more days in England..

pretty city

Tower Bridge at night.

It absolutely gorgeous.
I love taking walks in London. There is just so much to see.

Well that's all I just wanted to share a couple pictures.
xo.

haircut

Remember Harry? I posted about him a while back. Well a couple of weeks ago he got a hair cut.

Doesn't he look so different.

He is such a cute dog.

And he gives the best hugs ever.
I'm sure going to miss him!

So I'm going to pack some stuff right now and try not to cry. I MUST focus on the positive. Instead of feeling sad about leaving I just need to be grateful that my heavenly father gave me the opportunity to come here. Besides I can't wait to be in the arms of my father, mother, brother and sister.

weird

You'll never guess what this is.

no it's not a science project

but that is liquid nitrogen.

and yes it was poured into a mixer.

Okay fine, I'll tell you. It's ice cream made through a liquid nitrogen process. So cool, right? So this is how it works you start by choosing your base. I got the brown bread with ginger. That was their special one. They also had vanilla and chocolate. Then the worker makes it for you with his cool lab coat on and protective glasses. After that you choose your toppings. I got carmel and candied pecans.

The ice cream was excellent. Goodness, I have eaten a lot of gelato and ice cream since my arrival to England. I had some amazing flavors that I am pretty sure they won't have back home. I am most definitely going to miss all the delicious places that I get it from. It just means I will have to experiment with making my own unique flavors when I get home.

Goodnight friends in London
good afternoon friends in LA
