Goodbye June

June has always been one of my favorite months. I use to love it when I was young because it meant school was out and summer was about to begin. Oh and summer is just the best.

This June I felt like I did so much.I went to prom, graduated from high school, and started work. I made lots of memories and loss lots of friends (because of the end of high school of course, I mean I probably wont see over ninety percent of my high school class again)

I am so thankful for all the Lord provided for me this month. I am always amazed by the countless blessings he showers upon me and my family.

Well I am looking forward to next month. I can't wait til the 4Th of July. I love seeing all the red white and blue and other patriotic decorations. I still don't know what the family is planning to do this year. Hopefully something really fun with good fireworks.

my weakness

Ice cream/yogurt is my weakness. I am in the mood for it anytime. Morning or night. On a hot summer day or on a windy or rainy day. I don't know what it is about it but when it comes to ice cream or yogurt I have no self control.I just want to eat it all. I think it runs in the family because my mom and sister are exactly the same way. haha.

Anyways I was looking through all my pictures and saw this one and thought about how delicious it looks. This was Coryn's ice cream we got at Mono Cones by Mono Lake. Hopefully we can stop by there again when we go to Mammoth this year. Woohoo I am so excited. A nice relaxing week of vacation will be great.

Summer Movie

I love going to the movies in the summer. Tonight Coryn, Jessica and I went to see My Sisters Keeper.I absolutely loved it. It was wonderfully made. It was also one of the saddest movie I have ever seen. I mean I cried the entire movie. I really mean the entire movie. From the first scene all the way to the last I was bawling my eyes out. I tried hard not to make noise. Jessica and Coryn cried throughout the movie. The movie had great actors, a amazing story, and wonderful music.

I usually don't really enjoy sad movies I get to attached to the characters and don't like to see them hurting but this movie was different. It was very peaceful and enjoyable and I would definitely love to see it again.

When we got out of the theater and saw each others swollen eyes we just laughed and decided to take a picture. We were all so giggly from crying so darn much. Especially Coryn who never cries in movies. Here is the picture. You can't really see how red our eyes and faces were because of the flash. It really doesn't even look any different from a normal picture. But we really did look pretty bad. Haha

Well I am too tired to write a long blog so I just thought I would post a picture instead. It was a very long day at work. I got off at six thirty and went tp church then came home and hung out with Coryn, Angelique, Rachel and Alyse. We are now all watching " Confessions of a Shopaholic" Well thatls all for now.

I woke up extremely tired today. It was not one of those days when I wake up feeling refreshed and cheerful in the morning. I don't know why but I wish I could have just stayed in bed and read all day. But instead I...

Got up
played with Mimi
ate breakfast
worked for about six hours (It was fun though. The kids are really great)
went to T.J Maxx to buy shorts (It's starting to warm up)
got some yummy Starbucks
went to babysit from about 7 to 9:30 :]
then came home and gave Mimi some attention. (I feel bad leaving her alone all day. She goes nuts)

Well I better get to sleep so that tomorrow I want wake up so lethargic.

I remember it well...

I miss this. All the little family vacations we use to go on. The days when our family could go away for a week and not have to work around work or school schedules. But I am so thankful for all the vacations I went on as a child. I was so spoiled we would go on two or three vacations a year. The pictures or of us when we went to Sacramento almost nine years ago. It was really fun we also stayed a few days in San Francisco and drove up the California coast.

Fathers Day

Today I didn't really get to celebrate Fathers Day with my dad because he and my mother spent the day together to celebrate their 24Th anniversary which is tomorrow.:] So my siblings and I went to our Papi and Abuelitas house for Fathers Day. I got to hang out with some of my cute little boy cousins and eat delicious carne asada. Then my some of my girl cousins came over and we went to yogurt land and watched some of a Disney Channel Movie. Those are the best.

Baby Phat Jumpsuit?

Today Coryn and I went shopping. We went into Macy's and came across this long blue baby phat jumpsuit. I made her try it on...It was too funny. It took me at least fifteen minutes of begging for her to put on the long jersey knit outfit. But it was well worth it after seeing her in it. I just love these pictures they are hilarious.

Sleepy

Yesterday was Grad Nite at Disneyland. Or should I say today. It started at 12 A.M. and ended at seven in the morning. I am exhausted. I danced the night away with all my friends. We had lots of fun in all the dance clubs. I only went on one ride the whole night (Pirates of the Carribean. Here is the picture with Goofy, Minnie, Mickey,and Pluto.

Wow I really need some sleep I am exhausted.

Excited

Today is Grad Night at Disneyland. I am so excited it is going to be so much fun. I just hope I can stay up all night. I plan on drinking a big cup of iced coffee before I live and taking a nap. But who knows if that can keep me going all night. I will take lots of pictures an hopefully post them tomorrow if I am not too tired haha.

Crazy Curls

Today I curled my sister and cousins hair. It was pretty fun and I only burned myself a couple of times. Haha. The curler looks like a torturing tool. Its this long thin hot rod. But it is this cute pink color. Well I just wanted to show some pictures of these crazy curls. I think they are really cute.

She really liked them. It looked so pretty and shiny.

So many curls. I still needed to put some of the curls back to finish off the look.

I thought Coryn's looked super cute and funky.

But she did not feel the same way and quickly brushed all the curls out and put them in a pony tail. All my hard work for nothing.
Well I guess that will be the last time I do her hair like that.

School Spirit

Today my friends and I went to Cal Poly Pomona to pay some fees and buy sweatshirts and stuff. We have to have some sort of school spirit. It was really funny. Then we took a bunch of nerdy pictures around the campus with them on. We are such freshman. haha. People were walking by and looking at us funny. But O well we all had a good time. Up

Yesterday I went to the movies with my sister and cousins to see Up. It was so cute and surprisingly romantic in the beginning. It was really great. If anyone has not seen it they must.
I just loved the little boy. He was so adorable. I can't wait to see it again. The pixar movies are my favorite and I love Disney. They make some of the best movies.

Well I got to go. I have graduation practice early tomorrow morning.

Big Ears

Random post but my puppy Mimi just has the biggest ears. They are so awkward on her little face that I think they make her look cute. I just wanted to share a picture of my sweet pup. She makes me smile whenever I get home.

Starting to feel like summer

Today was a good day. I went to Long Beach with my cousins, Auntie Laura and mother. We walked on the pier and ate ice cream and funnel cakes. Then we went to Manny El Loco and got some yummy Mexican food. And after that we were off to the West Covina Mall to do some quick shopping.

Finally we came home and my dad barbecued for the family. Alyse and Bryan came over and we went on a nice walk. When we got back we all set in Coryn's room and talked. Alyse,Bryan, and Coryn just went to Yogurtland. Now I'm sitting in the room alone trying to stay awake. It's beginning to feel a lot like summer.

Senior Awards

Today was our Senior Awards. It was great getting to see all my friends dressed in cap and gown. It made the whole graduation process feel more real. So I have a few more days to see all my school friends. I have baccalaureate Sunday, graduation practice Monday, and actual graduation Tuesday night. O and then I will see some of my class on Thursday for grad night. But then that's it... :[ Well on a more pleasant note here are some pictures with my friends.
